Pixel Arcade’s VR Parkour Platformer Launches on Quest Today

Get ready to break a sweat as Pixel Arcade, a thrilling VR platformer, lands on Quest today.

Brought to you by CJG Studio, Pixel Arcade is a vibrant VR parkour experience where players are challenged to navigate dynamic neon landscapes while vying for top spots on a global leaderboard. As you leap from one platform to another, you’ll need to keep an eye out for obstacles like lasers and bounce pads, which can quickly turn your carefully plotted course into a chaotic scramble.

The game boasts ten challenging levels, each presenting unique and intricate spatial puzzles for you to tackle. As you progress, checkpoints become your allies, allowing you to lock in your hard-won advancements.

Pixel Arcade builds upon CJG Studio’s earlier success with Pixel Arcade Legacy, which debuted in 2016. That foundational game introduced players to vibrant pixelated worlds filled with checkpoints to conquer. With Pixel Arcade, the studio aims to enhance this formula, offering refined visuals and innovative environments that invite strategic thinking.

Initially, multiplayer features won’t be part of the package, but CJG Studio assures fans that these, along with seasonal updates and additional content, are on the horizon.

Previously available on Steam Early Access, Pixel Arcade is now officially on Quest. And for those eagerly awaiting to play on PlayStation VR2, the trailer hints that this version is “coming soon.”
