NVIDIA highlighted the immense effort that went into the development of the Nintendo Switch 2 through a recent blog post. According to the company, the console boasts significant advancements with a thousand engineer-years dedicated to every element—from system design and custom GPU development to creating robust APIs and top-tier development tools.
The new console is capable of supporting up to 4K gaming when connected to a TV and can handle up to 120 frames per second in 1080p when in handheld mode. Gamers can also look forward to a high dynamic range and AI upscaling that enhance both visual sharpness and overall gameplay experience.
